MasterFlash Solar Twin Port 0-35mm
The MasterFlash solar twin port seals two solar cables where they pass through a metal roof. It has two ports that each accept a cable or conduit from 0 to 35mm, so a solar PV or thermal array can run its cables through a single weatherproof flashing instead of cutting separate holes. The black EPDM sleeves seal around the cables, and the 100 x 100mm aluminium base moulds to the roof profile.

Installation
Feed the two cables through the ports and press the 100 x 100mm base down over the roof profile. The aluminium base conforms to the corrugations by hand, and the EPDM sleeves seal around each cable. Trim the sleeves to fit cables smaller than 35mm, then fix the base down with suitable fasteners. The flashing seals both penetrations in one unit, which keeps the roof clean and the install quick.
Applications
- Solar PV cable penetrations through metal roofs
- Solar thermal conduit runs
- Electrical and antenna cable entries
- Roofs where a neat dual-cable flashing is wanted
What You Need To Complete The Job
For a single larger cable use the Deks Dektite Solar, and for a single pipe the MasterFlash No1. Browse the Metal Roof Flashing range for the full kit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need a twin port flashing for solar?
A solar array usually runs two cables to the inverter. A twin port flashing seals both in one unit, so you cut one hole instead of two, which keeps the roof cleaner and reduces the number of penetration points to leak.
What size cables does it take?
Each port accepts a cable or conduit from 0 to 35mm. The EPDM sleeve trims to fit a smaller cable, so it seals snugly across the range.
Does the aluminium base fit corrugated roofs?
Yes. The 100 x 100mm aluminium base moulds down over the corrugations, so the flashing follows the roof profile and forms a seal against the sheet.
Is there a high-temperature version?
The standard is black EPDM, rated to 135C intermittent. A red silicone option is available for installations with high heat, rated to 260C intermittent.
Can I order for delivery or pickup?
