MasterFlash No1 Square-Base 6-70mm
The MasterFlash No1 is the compact square-base pipe flashing, sealing pipes from 6 to 70mm where they come through the roof. It is built for small vent pipes, plumbing pipes and cables, with a black EPDM sleeve rated to 135C intermittently. The small base is easier to fit in tight roof areas, and the flexible construction seals against the pipe and the roof profile without mastics.

The flexible sleeve seals against the pipe and the base seals against the roof, forming a watertight joint without heat or mastic.
Applications
- Small vent and plumbing pipes through the roof
- Single cables and small conduits
- Tight roof areas where a compact flashing is needed
- Bushfire-prone areas where a BAL-compliant flashing is wanted
What You Need To Complete The Job
For a larger pipe use the MasterFlash No3, and for a solar cable run pair the flashing with a MasterFlash solar twin port. Browse the Metal Roof Flashing range for the full kit.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the No1 best for?
It is the compact MasterFlash, best for small pipes and cables from 6 to 70mm. The small base fits in tight roof areas where a larger flashing is awkward.
Can I use it for a cable penetration?
Yes. The 6mm lower end covers single cables and small conduits. Slide the sleeve over the cable and press the base down, trimming the sleeve to fit.
Is the small base stable on a corrugated roof?
Yes. The flexible base moulds down over the corrugations, so the compact flashing follows the profile and holds a seal on profiled sheeting.
What colours are available?
Standard is black EPDM, with grey EPDM and high-temperature red silicone options. BHP roofing colours are available on request.
