The flexible base conforms to the roof profile, and the flashing is BAL compliant for bushfire-prone areas.

Installation

Slide the flashing over the pipe and trim the sleeve to the exact diameter where needed. Press the base down over the roof profile so it follows the corrugations or tiles, then fix it in place with suitable fasteners. The flexible sleeve seals against the pipe and the base seals against the roof, forming a watertight joint without the need for mastics.
