Deks Dektite Premium 5-127mm
The Deks Dektite Premium is a pipe flashing for pipes and flues from 5 to 127mm, engineered to seal through metal, plastic, polycarbonate and glass roof profiles. It uses a black EPDM cone with a pliable aluminium base, so the flashing dresses over the roof profile and seals against the pipe in a single watertight unit. The square 221 x 221mm base gives it a stable footprint on flat and profiled roofs, and the fixing kit is recommended for a secure install.

Installation
Slide the Dektite over the pipe and press the square base down over the roof profile. The pliable aluminium conforms to the corrugations or sheet ribs, and the band around the cone keeps pressure on the pipe for a snug seal. Fix the base in place with the recommended FX901 or FX902 kit, then seal the base edge with silicone where the profile is rough.
