Aztec MetalFlash No6 125-230mm
The Aztec MetalFlash No6 is the large size in the square-base range, sealing pipe penetrations from 125 to 230mm through profiled metal roofs. It is built for bigger roof penetrations such as large vents, flues and substantial conduits, with a wide square aluminium base that spreads the seal across the roof profile. The black EPDM sleeve is flexible and weather resistant, and the aluminium base moulds to the corrugations for a tight fit.
Key Features
- Fits pipe penetrations from 125 to 230mm
- Large square aluminium base approximately 363mm wide
- Black EPDM sleeve, flexible and resistant to UV and ozone
- Suits flat to 45 degree metal profiles
- Rated to 135C intermittent, 100C continuous
- 25 year manufacturer guarantee
Specifications
- Product: Aztec MetalFlash No6
- Pipe range: 125-230mm
- Sleeve material: black EPDM rubber

Installation
Slide the flashing over the pipe and press the square base down over the roof profile. The soft aluminium shapes around the corrugations by hand, and the EPDM sleeve seals against the pipe. For a very large pipe, the sleeve can be trimmed to the exact diameter. Fix the base down with suitable fasteners, then seal the top edge against the pipe if the fit needs it.
Applications
- Large roof vents and exhaust penetrations
- Flues and substantial conduits through metal roofs
- Standing-seam, corrugated and trim-deck profiles
- Roofs where a large-diameter pipe flashing is required
What You Need To Complete The Job
For a pipe under 125mm use the MetalFlash No4, and for a pipe over 230mm step up to the MasterFlash No.7. Browse the Metal Roof Flashing range for the full kit.
Frequently Asked Questions
What pipe sizes does the No6 cover?
It covers pipes from 125 to 230mm, which makes it the largest MetalFlash square-base size. It suits big roof vents, flues and substantial conduits.
What temperature can the EPDM handle?
The black EPDM sleeve is rated to 135C intermittently and 100C continuously. For a flue that runs hotter, use the red silicone version where a high-temperature sleeve is specified.
Is the base strong enough for a large flashing?
Yes. The base is approximately 363mm square, which spreads the seal over a wide footprint on the roof. The soft aluminium moulds to the profile so the large flashing sits stable on corrugated and standing-seam roofs.
Can it be retrofitted to an existing roof?
Yes. The flashing presses down over the existing roof profile and fixes to the sheet, so it can be added when a new pipe or vent is installed on a finished roof.
Can I order for delivery or pickup?
Yes. You can order online and choose Australia-wide delivery or pickup from our Truganina trade counter in Melbourne’s west.
