The Dulux Avista Release Agent Powder is a coloured powder broadcast onto fresh concrete before stamping. It does two jobs: it stops the stamping mats from sticking to the wet concrete, and it creates a bold two-tone antique colour effect in the stamped pattern.

Unlike a liquid release agent, the powder sits on the surface and gives a more pronounced colour contrast, which is why it is preferred for a strong antique look. One 10kg bag covers approximately 60 to 100 square metres, depending on how heavily it is applied and the effect you want.

What You Need to Complete the Job

Work the Colour Hardener into the fresh slab first, then broadcast the release powder before pressing the stamps. After the surface cures, seal it with a Dulux Avista concrete sealer.
