Aztec MetalFlash No3 5-125mm
The Aztec MetalFlash No3 is a pipe flashing for metal roofs, sealing penetrations from 5 to 125mm. This version has a black EPDM sleeve, which gives a watertight seal for standard plumbing, vent and cable penetrations without the need for mastics or heat. The square aluminium base is soft enough to mould to profiled roofing yet firm enough to hold the seal, and it fits corrugated, trim-deck and standing-seam profiles.

Installation
Slide the flashing over the pipe and press the square base down over the roof profile. Trim the sleeve to the exact pipe diameter where needed, then fix the base down with suitable fasteners. No hot work or additional sealants are required.

Frequently Asked Questions
What pipes does the No3 fit?
It fits pipes and conduits from 5 to 125mm, covering small vents, plumbing pipes and cables. The sleeve trims to the exact diameter for a snug fit.
How does the sleeve handle pipe movement?
The EPDM sleeve is flexible, so it moves with the pipe and absorbs vibration without leaking. That is one of the reasons it holds a durable seal on metal roofs where pipes can shift.
Does the base fit tight corrugations?
Yes. The square aluminium base is soft enough to mould down over the corrugations and firm enough to hold the seal. It suits corrugated, trim-deck and standing-seam profiles.
Is it suitable for a cable penetration?
Yes. The 5mm lower end of the range covers single cables and small conduits. Slide the sleeve over the cable and press the base down, trimming the sleeve to fit.
