MasterFlash No2X Square-Base 50-70mm

The MasterFlash No2X is a square-base pipe flashing for pipes from 50 to 70mm, supplied with an extra-large base for better cover on profiled roofs. The larger base spreads the seal over a wider area of the corrugations, which keeps the flashing stable and watertight on sheet metal roofs where a standard base would bridge the profile. The black EPDM sleeve is rated to 135C intermittently and the flashing is BAL compliant.

Installation

Slide the flashing over the pipe and trim the sleeve to the exact diameter where needed. Press the extra-large base down over the roof profile so it follows the corrugations, then fix it in place with suitable fasteners. The wide base gives the flashing more contact with the sheet, which is what keeps the seal stable on deep profiles. No mastics or heat are required.
