Dilution Guidelines

Surface Type	Thinner Rate (PaveCoat:Thinner)	Purpose
Smooth or steel-trowelled surface	Up to 50%	Improves penetration and adhesion
Rough or stipple-finish concrete	Around 20%	Ensures sealer access into textured surfaces
Previously sealed or cured concrete	0–10%	Reactivation and light dilution for recoats

First coat dilution is recommended for dense surfaces to ensure deep penetration and adhesion.
Subsequent coats typically use neat sealer without thinning.
In hot weather, adding 2 L thinner per 20 L sealer can reduce bubbling
