• Solvent-based acrylic penetrating sealer suitable for new or existing concrete, including trowelled, stamped or stencilled finishes

• Available in clear or 46 standard colours, with custom colour matching on request

• Finishes available: gloss standard, optional high gloss and matt on request

• Coverage: around 4 m² per litre (approx. 80 m² per 20 L drum) on typical concrete

Application Guide

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure clean, dry concrete (moisture <5%), preferably acid-etched (for dense surfaces), and fully cured

2. Mixing & Thinning First Coat:
   • Smooth/trowelled concrete: dilute 50% with Thinners.

   • Rough/stipple surfaces: dilute 20%

   • Previously sealed: dilute up to 10%

3. Apply Two Coats using roller, brush or spray:
   • Maintain ~4 m²/L coverage.

   • Allow minimum 2 hrs drying between coats

4. Optional High Gloss: Request high-gloss finish or apply an extra clear coat

5. Curing: Full cure in ~7 days; avoid parking vehicles on fresh seal
