Recommended Application System
High-pressure wash the roof at 3500 to 4500 psi and apply one coat of RGL Xtreme Primer, sealer or master suited to the tile condition, allowing 2 hours to dry. Apply the first coat of XTREME in the chosen colour, allow 2 hours, then apply the second coat to achieve full colour depth and the weather seal. The two topcoats over a primed base are what build the membrane performance.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is XTREME different from RGL Roof Paint?
XTREME is the higher-spec membrane in the range, with a high-gloss finish, fade-resistant pigments and the same Australian-made 100% acrylic base. RGL Roof Paint is the standard acrylic roof coating. XTREME is the pick where maximum colour retention and gloss are the priority.
How many coats do I need?
The recommended system is a primer or sealer basecoat plus two coats of XTREME. Each XTREME coat dries in about 2 hours at 25C, so a full three-coat system can be completed the same day.
What colours are available?
There are 35 in-stock 15 L shades, from Beige, Charcoal and Monument to Surfmist, Terracotta, Woodland Grey and Clear. Custom colours can be produced on request for 10 L and 20 L orders.
Is it safe for a rainwater tank?
Yes. Once fully cured, the coating is suitable for rain-water harvesting. That makes it safe for homes collecting drinking water off the roof.
Can I order for delivery or pickup?
Yes. You can order online and choose Australia-wide delivery or pickup from our Truganina trade counter in Melbourne’s west. Delivery windows depend on your postcode, and we send a confirmation once your order is ready. For any questions call (03) 93941400 or email orders@singhroofingsupplies.com.au.
