Solvent-based acrylic penetrating sealer suitable for new or existing concrete, including trowelled, stamped or stencilled finishes
Available in clear or 46 standard colours, with custom colour matching on request
Finishes available: gloss standard, optional high gloss and matt on request
Coverage: around 4 m² per litre (approx. 80 m² per 20 L drum) on typical concrete

Application Guide

Surface Preparation: Ensure clean, dry concrete (moisture <5%), preferably acid-etched (for dense surfaces), and fully cured
Mixing & Thinning First Coat:
- Smooth/trowelled concrete: dilute 50% with Thinners.
- Rough/stipple surfaces: dilute 20%
- Previously sealed: dilute up to 10%
Apply Two Coats using roller, brush or spray:
- Maintain ~4 m²/L coverage.
- Allow minimum 2 hrs drying between coats
Optional High Gloss: Request high-gloss finish or apply an extra clear coat
Curing: Full cure in ~7 days; avoid parking vehicles on fresh seal
