Nutech NuFlex is a water-based acrylic emulsion designed to protect and rejuvenate a variety of roofing and masonry surfaces. It is engineered with fine particle size technology and enhanced wet adhesion, so it delivers a durable, flexible and weather-resistant finish suited to Australia’s demanding climate. NuFlex applies over pre-primed concrete and terracotta roof tiles as well as general masonry, and it carries an 8-year manufacturer’s warranty when applied to specification.

Application Guidelines

Make sure the surface is clean, dry and free of contaminants, and repair any cracks or defects. Apply a suitable Nutech primer compatible with the substrate, then apply two coats of NuFlex using a brush, roller or spray, allowing a minimum of 4 hours between coats. Full curing is achieved after 7 days under normal conditions. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours or outside 10C to 30C.
