Nutech TileFlex 15L

Nutech TileFlex is a next-generation, water-based acrylic membrane engineered with self-cleaning nanotechnology that keeps roofs brighter for longer. The nano-modified polymer lowers surface friction, so dirt, lichen and airborne pollutants wash away and the finish holds its colour and gloss far beyond conventional roof paints. It is a coated membrane for concrete or terracotta tiles, primed metal roofing, asbestos cement and asphalt shingles.

Recommended System Build

Pressure-wash the roof, repair defects and apply the appropriate Nutech primer for the substrate. Apply the first coat of TileFlex at 4 m2 per litre, then the second coat after a minimum of 4 hours to reach the required 200 um total dry film. The two-coat build delivers the membrane performance and the warranty coverage.
