Colorbond Box Gutter 200 x 200 x 200
The Colorbond box gutter is a 200 x 200 x 200mm internal gutter, boxed into the middle or edge of the roof to collect water and dispose of it through the downpipe. The larger size carries more water, which suits bigger roof areas and heavier rainfall. It is a concealed gutter, hidden by outside walls that sit higher than the roof edge, and the colour is folded on the inside. It is cut to length with a +200mm / -0mm tolerance and priced per lineal metre.

Fix the box gutter into the roof structure with box gutter brackets, setting the fall at a minimum of 1:200 so water drains to the outlet. The colour is on the inside, so the visible face matches the roof. Connect the gutter to the downpipe at the outlet and fit an expansion joint on a long run to allow for thermal movement.

Frequently Asked Questions
What size roof does the 200mm gutter suit?
The 200 x 200 x 200 profile carries more water than the 150mm size, so it suits larger roof areas and heavier rainfall. Match the gutter size to the roof area feeding it.
Why is it concealed?
The box gutter is hidden by outside walls that sit higher than the roof edge, so you do not see it from the ground. That is what makes it the choice when visible gutters are not wanted.
What fall does it need?
A minimum fall of 1:200 is required so water drains to the outlet. Set the fall with the brackets before fixing the gutter.
How is it priced?
It is priced per lineal metre including GST and cut to your required length with a tolerance of +200mm / -0mm.
