The Zincalume box gutter is a 150 x 150 x 150mm internal gutter, boxed into the middle or edge of the roof to collect water and dispose of it through the downpipe. It is the unpainted version of our box gutter, with an aluminium-zinc coating that resists corrosion without painting, which suits a Zincalume roof or a concealed gutter where colour does not matter. It is cut to length with a +200mm / -0mm tolerance and priced per lineal metre.

Installation

Fix the box gutter into the roof structure with box gutter brackets, setting the fall at a minimum of 1:200 so water drains to the outlet. Because the gutter is concealed, the unpainted Zincalume finish does not affect the look of the roof. Connect the gutter to the downpipe at the outlet and fit an expansion joint on a long run.
