Zincalume Apron Roof Flashing

The Zincalume apron roof flashing seals the junction where the roof meets a wall, directing water away from the wall face and into the gutter. It is the unpainted version of our apron flashing, with an aluminium-zinc coating that resists corrosion without painting. The apron shape sits up the wall and over the sheet edge, and it is made from 0.55mm BMT Zincalume steel, cut to length with a +200mm / -0mm tolerance.

Installation

Fix the flashing so the vertical leg runs up the wall and the horizontal leg runs over the roof sheet. Fix the wall leg into the mortar joint or wall, seal the top edge, and fix the roof leg into the sheet. The apron carries water running down the wall out over the roof and into the gutter, and the Zincalume finish needs no painting.
