The 150mm Zincalume apron flashing seals the roof-to-wall junction, directing water away from the wall face and into the gutter. The 150mm apron gives the roof leg plenty of cover over the sheet edge, and the unpainted aluminium-zinc finish resists corrosion without painting. It is made from 0.55mm BMT Zincalume steel, cut to length with a +200mm / -0mm tolerance, and sold per lineal metre with GST included.

Installation

Fix the flashing so the vertical leg runs up the wall and the 150mm leg runs over the roof sheet. Fix the wall leg into the mortar joint or wall, seal the top edge, and fix the roof leg into the sheet. The apron carries water running down the wall out over the roof and into the gutter, keeping the junction dry.
