Point Protect Flexi is a flexible waterproofing membrane for the vulnerable points of a roof: the joints, flashings and penetrations where water most often finds its way in. It is made with polymer technology that stays elastic, so it stretches and recovers as the roof moves and the temperature changes instead of cracking like a rigid membrane. It bonds to metal, concrete, timber and fibre cement, which makes it a general-purpose seal for roof repairs and new detailing.

Application

Clean the surface and apply the membrane with a brush, roller or trowel, working it into the joint or around the penetration. The material is thick enough to build a durable seal in one or two coats, and it flows into the irregular surfaces around flashings and valleys where a rigid membrane would bridge and fail. Because it stays flexible, the seal moves with the roof through thermal expansion and structural shifts.

What You Need To Complete The Job
