Application Guidelines

New Surfaces

Clean and ensure the surface is dry; remove efflorescence with Nutech Thinners if needed 
First coat (50% diluted): Apply at 3–5 m²/L using a soft bristle broom, roller, or spray.
Second coat (neat): Same coverage rate, applied similarly to ensure deep gloss and protection

Existing Surfaces

Clean thoroughly; use acid etching for uncured concrete, degreaser for sealed surfaces. Remove incompatible sealers as recommended 
Abrade old finishes if required; test a small area before sealing

Hot Weather Note

Add ~2 L of Nutech Thinners per 20 L to avoid bubbling on hot days
