The 210mm Zincalume flat ridge roof flashing finishes the ridge line of a Klip Lok roof, sealing the apex where the two sheet slopes meet. The profile measures 40 x 210 x 210 x 40mm, with the 210mm legs covering each slope and the 40mm folds finishing the edge in an unpainted aluminium-zinc finish. It is made from 0.55mm BMT Zincalume steel, cut to length with a +200mm / -0mm tolerance, and the measurements can be changed to suit your requirements.

Installation

Run the ridge flashing along the apex of the roof so the 210mm legs cover the sheet edges on both slopes. Fix it with roofing screws through the flashing and the sheet into the ridge purlin, spacing them along the ridge. Overlap the lengths at the ridge joints and seal them so the ridge line is continuous and watertight.
