The ProctorVent Over Fascia Vent – FV10 is the most practical and cost efficient method of ventilating the eaves. It is easy to install, discrete and is compatible with either timber of metal fascias.

The FV10 is designed to discreetly ensure a positive airflow of 10,000mm² per linear metre or 1/300, into the roof space between the roof membrane/sarking and the fascia board. This product is ideal for new build and re-roofing situations.

Easy Install
Increased rigidity and flutes to positon fixings make the FV10 and FV25 easier to install.

Reduced Height
The reduced height of the FV10 and FV25 can alleviate the need to pack out roof sheets to accomodate the vent.
FV10 and FV25 both have a lower, more discreet, and attractive profile.

BAL Ready Option
Our FV10 and FV25 fascia vents are also available pre-fitted with BAL mesh to meet Australian standards. Please request the BAL version when ordering.

The FV10 is specifically designed for traditional roofs with pitches >16°. The Fv10 is designed with 4mm evenly spaced openings specifically sized to prohibit large insects gaining access but wide enough to prevent capillary action

The Fv10 should be used in conjunction with other specified ProctorVent products to create a calculated, continuous and unimpeded airflow system.

This product is also avaiable as FV25, which will ensure a positive airflow of 25,000mm² per linear metre or 1/15020mm.
