Zincalume Valley Gutter Flashing 0.42 BMT
The Zincalume valley gutter flashing is used at the internal roof intersections where two slopes meet, carrying water from the roof down to the gutter. This version is supplied in 0.42mm BMT Zincalume steel, the same thickness as a standard roof sheet, in an unpainted aluminium-zinc finish. It is compatible with most roof profiles including tiles, and it is cut to length with a +200mm / -0mm tolerance and sold per lineal metre.

Installation
Lay the valley flashing along the internal intersection where the two roof slopes meet, running it from the ridge down to the gutter. Fix it to the roof structure and lap the sheet profiles over the edges so water runs down the valley. Overlap the valley lengths at the joins and seal them so the valley line is continuous and watertight.
