It is an extra heavy duty grade, which means it holds up to the weather on site while the build is still open, and it keeps doing a job after the house is finished by blocking wind-driven rain and dust. The reflective surface also adds an air-gap R-Value when it sits next to an air space, so it contributes to the thermal performance of the wall.

How It Works

ResiWrap goes on the outside of the frame, behind the cladding, with the reflective face positioned next to an air space. During construction it protects the frame from rain while trades work inside. Once the house is finished, it blocks wind-driven rain and dust, reduces draughts into the roof space and adds a reflective R-Value to the wall. In a wall without bulk insulation, the air gap generated by the wrap does the thermal work.

What You Need To Complete The Job
