Overview
The Bar sewer nozzle is a 1/4 inch female sewer jetting nozzle with a 1.2mm orifice, used to clean drains and pipes with a pressure washer jetter. It screws onto the end of the jetter hose and directs the high pressure water to cut through blockages and scour the pipe walls. It is a small part that makes the difference between a jetter that simply blasts water down a pipe and one that actually clears the blockage.
A sewer nozzle works by directing water jets forward and around the head: the forward jets break up the blockage while the rear facing jets drive the head down the pipe and flush the debris back. The 1.2mm orifice sets the flow and pressure characteristics of the jet, and it is the replacement or spare head for a jetting setup. Jetting is the standard method for clearing blocked drains without chemical treatment, and the nozzle is the part that turns the flow of water into a cutting and scouring head.

What You Need to Complete the Job
Run the nozzle on a Bar jetter mini reel with 60 metres of BarFlex hose for drain work, and keep single wire high pressure hose in stock for the machine supply line. See the Pressure Washers Accessories range for the rest of the jetting kit.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a sewer nozzle do?
A sewer nozzle attaches to a jetter hose and directs high pressure water to cut through blockages in drains and pipes. The forward jets break up the material and the rear jets drive the head along the pipe and flush the debris back to the access point.
What is the 1.2mm orifice?
The orifice size sets the water flow and pressure characteristics of the nozzle. A 1.2mm orifice is a specific jetting size, and it determines how the nozzle performs on a given machine flow rate. Match the nozzle to the machine flow and the pipe size for the best result.
Does it fit the Bar jetter hose?
Yes. It has a 1/4 inch female connection that suits the BarFlex 3/16 inch jetter hose end used on the Bar jetter mini reel. It is the replacement or spare nozzle for that type of jetting setup.
