Manufactured with sub-micron carbide, these tips produce a superior spray pattern and a longer usable fan pattern life, each tip tested for consistent fan and orifice size. Our tip seals are compatible with a wide range of paints and solvents.

Airless spray tips are essential to the proper operation of an airless spray system.

They set the spray pattern, control the flow of material being sprayed and will control how hard the pump must work.

It is important to remember that the orifice size, in combination with fan-width size, decides the spray characteristics of the tip.
