How It Works

On Cable Hoists: once the trolley reaches the top, the upper switch is triggered, stopping the drive motor until tiles are removed (“Stop”). As the operator clears the load, the switch resets (“Go”). A lower switch performs similarly during ground-level loading.

On Belt Elevators: the same functionality prevents belt overrun or idle spinning by stopping the system once tiles clear the top loading area.

Installation & Maintenance
