The Flexible Foil Duct 150 mm × 6 m is a lightweight yet robust ducting solution for roof ventilation, exhaust fans and general air transfer. Supplied neatly compressed in a convenient bag, the six-metre length provides generous reach while its highly flexible construction makes routing through tight ceiling spaces straightforward.
Manufactured from multi-layer aluminium foil bonded to a polyester core and reinforced with a high-tensile steel wire helix, the duct combines excellent crush resistance with long-term flexibility. The foil laminate reflects radiant heat and resists moisture, helping to maintain consistent airflow and inhibit condensation within the duct run. A smooth inner bore minimises pressure loss, ensuring efficient performance for powered extraction systems.

Installation guidance
Uncoil the duct and trim to length with snips, allowing a little slack for fan vibration. Slide the cuff over the spigot, seal with aluminium tape, then secure with a stainless clamp. Support long horizontal runs every 1.5 m with nylon strap to prevent sagging and maintain a gentle fall towards the outlet for condensate drainage.
The Flexible Foil Duct 150 mm × 6 m offers a practical, cost-effective route for high-volume roof ventilation and exhaust tasks. Its combination of strength, thermal stability and easy handling makes it a dependable choice for installers seeking reliable airflow with minimal fuss.
