The following actions are strictly prohibited on our premises or in any interactions with our team (in-person, by phone, or online):

Verbal Abuse

• – Yelling, swearing, or using offensive or inappropriate language
• – Racial, religious, or sexist remarks
• – Threats, insults, or demeaning comments

Physical Aggression

• – Any form of violence or attempted violence
• – Threatening gestures or physical intimidation
• – Unauthorised handling or interference with store property or personnel

Harassment or Discrimination

• – Bullying or targeted harassment
• – Sexual harassment or innuendo
• – Discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, or background

Unlawful or Disruptive Behaviour

• – Theft, vandalism, or property damage
• – Possession of illegal substances or weapons
• – Refusal to comply with store safety procedures or directions from staff

Online Abuse

• – Harassment or threats made via email, phone, social media, or reviews
• – False claims or defamation targeting staff or the business

Consequences

Any individual found violating this policy will be subject to one or more of the following actions:

• – Immediate removal from the premises
• – Refusal of service
• – Permanent ban from the store
• – Reporting to police or relevant authorities
• – Legal action where applicable
