Manufacturer’s Warranty
At Singh Roofing Supplies, we supply only quality products sourced from trusted suppliers and manufacturers. All warranties for products are provided directly by the supplier/manufacturer.
This means that if a product develops a fault or defect, the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions will apply.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage, duration, and terms may vary depending on the product and manufacturer. Generally, warranties cover:
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Products that fail within the specified warranty period
Repairs, replacements, or refunds will be handled in line with the supplier/manufacturer’s warranty policy.
How to Make a Claim
If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact us first. We will assist you by forwarding your claim to the relevant supplier/manufacturer.
To lodge a claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)
- Description of the issue
- Photos or supporting evidence (if applicable)

What’s Not Covered
As warranty coverage is determined by the supplier/manufacturer, exclusions may include (but are not limited to):
- Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or unauthorised modifications
- Consumables and parts subject to regular replacement
