Uncollected Orders – Disposal Policy

At Singh Roofing Supplies, we are committed to providing timely service while efficiently managing our warehouse space. To maintain fair and practical operations, the following policy applies to all customer orders:

Order Collection Window

All orders must be collected within 14 calendar days from the date of order, regardless of notification or readiness for pickup.

Customer Notification

We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers via phone, SMS, or email once the order is prepared. However, the 14-day holding period begins from the date the order is placed, not from the notification date.

Failure to Collect

If an order is not collected within 14 days from the order date and no written request for an extension has been received and approved, Singh Roofing Supplies reserves the right to dispose of the uncollected goods without further notice.

No Refund or Reproduction

Once an order is disposed of under this policy, it is not eligible for refund, store credit, or complimentary re-manufacture.

Extension Requests

Extension requests must be submitted in writing within the original 14-day period. Approval of extensions is at the sole discretion of Singh Roofing Supplies and must be confirmed in writing.

Repeat Orders After Disposal

If a customer wishes to place the same order again after disposal, it will be treated as a new order and charged at current rates and availability.
