General Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

• A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required.

• All returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

• Returns will be inspected before approval.

• No refunds will be given — goods can only be exchanged for other goods of equivalent value, less any applicable costs (such as restocking or transport fees).

• Singh Roofing Supplies reserves the right to decline any return of goods at its sole discretion, even if the return meets stated conditions.

Purchaser’s Responsibility

• It is the duty of the purchaser to inspect the goods and receipt prior to usage.

• In the event of any defect or fault in materials supplied, our liability is limited to replacement of the defective materials only.

• Any consequential loss, damage, or expenses, however caused, will not be accepted.

No Refunds for Change of Mind

• Please always double-check your order, including selected colour, lengths, and quantities, as unfortunately, we cannot be liable for your mistakes.

• Refunds for change of mind will not be provided.

Damaged Products on Delivery

• If a product is damaged on delivery, you must notify us immediately by contacting our Sales Team at 03 9394 1400 or emailing orders@singhroofingsupplies.com.au

• We will not refund the delivery fee unless you are returning the product because it was damaged during delivery.

Claims

• Singh Roofing Supplies is committed 100% to customer satisfaction.

• If any claims arise, they must be made within 7 days of the delivery of goods by sending an email to orders@singhroofingsupplies.com.au.

• Any claim requests not lodged within the specified timeframe will not be accepted.

• Singh Roofing Supplies reserves the right to decline any return of goods.

Non-Returnable Items

• The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Colorbond Products: Roof sheeting, flashings, and accessories.

  • Roof Tiles: Concrete or terracotta tiles (due to bulk and fragility).

  • Polycarbonate Roofing Sheets: Due to high risk of scratching during transport.

  • Special Orders: Non-stock or custom-made products.

  • Cut or Altered Materials: Products cut or modified to order.

  • Opened Bundles: Shingles, insulation rolls, membranes, etc.

  • Used Tools or Equipment.

Restocking Fees

• A 30% restocking fee applies to accepted returns.

• Special order returns, if exceptionally approved, may have higher fees.

Delivery and Pickup Returns

• Items must be inspected upon delivery.

• Any damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to product damage.

Manufacturer Warranties

• Many products are covered under manufacturer warranties.

• Warranty claims must be made directly with the manufacturer.

• We assist with documentation but are not responsible for warranty claim outcomes.

Contractor / Account Customer Returns

• Contractor and account customer returns are subject to their account agreements.

• Credits may be offset against any outstanding balances.

Exchanges

• Exchanges must occur within 7 days of purchase.

• Any price differences must be paid at the time of exchange.
